Project called Sans Souci Vineyard dedicated to an ex-novo creation of a winery in the state of New Jersey (USA). The analysis involved the characterisation of an agro-soil zoning starting from the soil resistivity map. The study showed that the resistivity distribution coincides with different characteristics of the soils and in particular with its weaving variation, with the water content, the porosity and the depth of the soil. Based on the integrated analysis, it was possible to define a zoning of the plot concerned in three main areas.
